Scope of Work Designed for small-sized company outsourcing its IT maintenance.

  1. Diagnose problem occur in customer local network.
  2. Recommend solution based on the diagnose.
  3. Maintenance on cabling, connectors, Ethernet card, Ethernet socket, hub, and router (only for Cisco brand). Operation system and applications not included.
  4. For maximum 30 terminals per customer.
  5. Maintenance call from 9 am - 4 pm on working days.
